The apartment is on the 5th floor with an elevator. The apartment is intended for a maximum of 3 people (the apartment is not suitable for children under 6 years old). It consists of a bedroom, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace and a bathroom. It is possible to park for free on the street in front of the house and in the surrounding area (the apartment does not have a parking space, but there are plenty of parking spaces). Has tourist license No. VV-38-4-0100379.

P a l m - M a r
Palm-Mar is a unique place in the south of Tenerife because there are no hotel complexes, mass tourism, night clubs and discos. Only 15-20 minutes by car from TFS airport. This is a quiet area, especially sought after by couples. Nevertheless, there is a great social life here. The busier and popular tourist area of Los Cristianos and Play de la Américas is 11 km away, Siam Park and Siam Mall 12 km.
You can enjoy a romantic walk around the ocean at sunset (300 meters from the apartment), a walk in the unique nature reserve Malpaís de La Rasca with flat, easy terrain (650 meters from the apartment). There are many restaurants and businesses within walking distance (Italian, Asian, Spanish, Belgian breakfast bakery, Indian, ice cream shop, pizza,...). In the building are restaurants and cafes.
The stony beach of La Arenita is only 400 meters from the apartment. It offers two popular beach bars with sunbeds and umbrellas. There is also a petanque court on the beach. Within walking distance from the apartment are 2 grocery stores , fitness center, free basketball court, pharmacy and medical facilities, ATMs,... There is a car rental nearby.

The reservation becomes binding as soon as you pay the deposit (according to the agreement). Please read the "ACCOMMODATION TERMS" below before paying. By paying, you confirm that you have read them and agree to abide by them.
ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
By making a binding reservation, i.e. by paying for accommodation, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
- Refundable deposit - to cover any damage to the apartment or its equipment, a refundable deposit of €200 is required from guests (paid in cash upon arrival). If guests do not cause damage during their stay, the amount will be refunded in full upon departure. In the event of damage to the apartment or its equipment, the host reserves the right to retain an adequate amount from the deposit. If the amount for damages is higher than the amount of the deposit, the host is entitled to additionally charge the guests the difference.
- Cancellation conditions - in case of cancellation of the reservation by the customer within 30 days before the planned arrival, the accommodation provider undertakes not to demand any cancellation fee from the customer. If the reservation is canceled 29 - 14 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of the stay will be charged. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the stay will be charged if the reservation is canceled 13 - 1 day before arrival or on the day of arrival. In all cases, the cleaning fee is refunded.
- Check in is from 15:00 to 21:00 (later arrival is only possible after prior arrangement and for an additional fee). Check out is by 11 o'clock at the latest.
- The minimum age of guests who can be accommodated here alone is 21 years.
- Smoking is prohibited - the ban also applies to electronic cigarettes.
- Parties/events are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Prohibition of destroying and damaging the apartment's equipment.
- The use of the accommodation is only for a period agreed in advance between the accommodation provider and the accommodated person.
- In accordance with Spanish guest registration laws, guests must present a valid ID (citizenship card or passport). Guests must present the document upon arrival.
